Shipping

Shipments are made with DHL courier, within 4872 hours for all of Italy. For the rest of the world it depends on the state in which you buy..

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
– that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In the event of tampering and / or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by putting the written GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator.e.

For each delivery order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery; in case the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Marina Ferraro Artistic Jewelery in Coral. Distribution or to the express courier for 2 consecutive passes, the costs of custody or redelivery will be charged as quantified by the express courier or it will be possible to collect the product at the courier sorting point.
