RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK

You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. You can send it back by sending the jewel by registered letter to Marina Ferraro Gioielli - Via lido , 55 07041 Alghero (SS).
Upon receipt of the goods we will make the refund. For replacement with a different size or with a new item, contact the seller. Replacement is quick and easy. We will send you the new article. Upon arrival, you will only have to deliver the jewel to be replaced to the courier in a soft envelope (bubble wrap) with the sender and recipient written on it. Alternatively, you can return or exchange the products in our boutique. It will not be possible to replace or refund damaged or used products
